Avoid NEGATIVITY, attain PEACE..

 The less you respond to negativity, the more peaceful your life becomes..


We have heard many times that the word impossible itself involves possible in it..

And it's some or the other way a fact..

It just implies that if you have a firm mind towards your goal, an eagerness or madness to achieve something then nothing is impossible. Every problem has it's own solution.. you just have to find it out and not to lose hope..

But here having a firm goal is not only the criteria that will lead you to success.. the company you have also matters a lot..

Take an example .. if you want to complete a task, To achieve a goal having a company who has an positive attitude in every situation.. who knows how to deal with situation , will always encourage you to be the best. Positive attitude has an big impact over one's personal thoughts..

 A person with positive mindset will always encourage you .. motivate you to do better..

Even if you failed to achieve something they will uplift you to come out with better result..


Contrariwise.. having a negative bias  will badly effect you in your decision making and will also have an adverse effect on your mental health

 Criticisms often have a greater impact than compliments, and bad news frequently draws more attention than good.

The reason for this is that negative events have a greater impact on our brains than positive ones. The negative bias is our tendency not only to register negative stimuli more readily but also to dwell on these events.

Like take an example as... You humiliated yourself in front of your friends years ago and can still vividly recall the event. You find yourself cringing with embarrassment over it, even though your friends have probably forgotten about it entirely. Or also if You received a performance review at work that was quite positive overall and noted your strong performance and achievements. A few constructive comments pointed out areas where you could improve, and you find yourself fixating on those remarks. Rather than feeling good about the positive aspects of your review, you feel upset and angry about the few critical comments.

So this implies that negativity has a major impact on our health and it can't be ignored..

After an event takes place, you might find yourself thinking things like “I shouldn’t have done that.” This negative self-talk shapes how you think about yourself and others.

A better tactic is to stop those thoughts whenever they begin. Instead of fixating on past mistakes that cannot be changed, consider what you have learned and how you might apply that in the future.


At the end it is  to have a good company who motivates you and keeps away from negative thoughts..
